Executive Management Programme in Strategic Innovations, Digital Marketing, & Business Analytics at IIT Delhi from 06/01/2018 to 10/06/2018.
With the advent of the internet driven era, organizations are transforming their operations so that they can harness the power of the web driven ecosystem and grow sustainably. This has led to the digitization of both processes and products. In such a digital economy, the need was realised to leverage upon innovative business models to reach out to new customers and segments. In view of this, digital marketing and hence the emergence of search engines and social media has played a significant role. In addition to this, strategic innovation approaches are needed to optimize the innovation portfolio, to help organizations achieve sustained competitive advantage and transformational growth. These emerging approaches are heavily dependent on leveraging the information assets of the organizations which is possible through the business analytics.

Short Term CEP Programme on Cyber Security Policy in DMS, IIT Delhi from 1st – 3rd August, 2016, for Senior Government Official on Nomination Basis.
The increasing reliance in our information age on product and process digitisation and e-governance makes us progressively more vulnerable to cyber attacks on our computer systems, networks and data. In their most disruptive form, cyber attacks may target the individuals, organizations, government, military, or infrastructural assets of a nation or its citizens, in isolation or event at the same time. Both the volume and sophistication of cyber threats (cyber warfare, cyber terrorism, cyber espionage and malicious hacking) are monotonically increasing, and pose potent threats to individuals, organizations, governments, military, or other infrastructural assets. Knowing the potential risks and impact of such an attack or breach of security, practitioners are needed to understand cyber security as a discipline and design strong cybersecurity policies that will thwart rapidly evolving cyber threats. This programme provides a holistic stepping stone for understanding different perspective within the domain of cyber security. It introduces participants to the interdisciplinary field of cybersecurity by discussing cybersecurity theory, and the relationship of cybersecurity to nations, businesses, society, and people.

Faculty Members of the CoE for Cyber Systems and Information Assurance, IIT Delhi, organized a Workshop on Cyber Security and Information Assurance on 27-29 April 2015 at IIT Alumni Centre, Bangalore
Securing Cyber-Physical systems is a big challenge that has to be urgently addressed in our emerging digital economy. Most of our critical infrastructure, like power grids, water, finance/banking, communication networks, transportation, etc. depend on the security of the information assets. This workshop focused on themes like introduction to cyber security, cryptography, embedded systems security, wireless security, mobile security, wireless security, network security, cloud security, information risk management and COBIT framework for securing information assets.

There has also been an increase in worldwide attacks on critical cyber systems and Information assets through cyber-crimes like Hacking, Identity thefts, Cyber Stalking, Malicious Software, Cyber Terrorism, Social Media manipulation and other similar activities that are aimed at individuals or organizations. This workshop provided participants an understanding of the different critical issues surrounding cyber security and information assurance in line with these requirements.
