3796 Researchers from India are in the list of Top 2% of researchers across the world, which has 79,48,526. This is a percentage of 0.48% from the top 2% list. Kudos to all Indians in this list of 3796 researchers who are contributing very heavily to the growth of the academic reputation of Indian academia and research.

There are 15,918 Indian Researchers in the top 2% list of Elsevier across Disciplines, from among 195,605 scientists who are included globally in the career-long database. They are listed in terms of rank in the table below. So 8.13% of the total global researchers in the top 2% list based on career impact are from Indian Institutions.
The QS Rankings in Business and Management is out for 2021. The Indian Institutes have done fairly well. The ranks are led by IIM Bangalore, followed closely by IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi (DMS). The other two institutes in the top 5 ranks in QS University rankings are IIM Calcutta and IIT Bombay (SJSOM). This year, there are 16 institutions who make it to the QS ranking list.

QS Ranking is the most popular ranking across the world as universities strive to rank higher and higher in these institutions. The QS Ranking for Business and Management are out for 2021. Harvard, Insead and London Business School lead the global rankings, followed closely by MIT, Standford and University of Pennsylvania. From story teller to researcher to best seller: the journey continues! Got a fair bit of pleasant surprise today to know that our case study on Tech Talk became the best selling case study in IVEY cases globally for the academic year 2019-2020. Tech Talk started as a blog when I was doing my masters around 2007. What a walk through the memory lane, story teller to researcher and back again!
The NIRF rankings for 2020 are out. In Management, the rankings are led by IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Kolkata. The top IITs in the top 10 rankings are Kharagpur and Delhi. A comparison of the performance across different criteria is provided in the snippet below for the top 25 institutions.
The top positions are led by IIM Ahmedabad and Bangalore, as these institutes break into the bracket of 51-100 ranks. IIT Delhi, IIT Mumbai and IIM Calcutta form the second bracket in the QS Rankings in the Management category.
